Our Process

  1. Inspection Request: Our process begins when yours does. If we are on a program with your company and you are a member of Foodlink or I-trade we can retrieve your request as soon as you submit them. If you are using our service for the first time you can email us your inspection request or simply call us.
  2. Inspection Process:
    • a. Your inspection request is generated into a inspection form with all of the needed preliminary information and sent to the appropriate inspector.
    • b. Our inspector review the request and contacts the shipper to confirm the product is ready. When all is ready our inspector will do a quality/condition inspection including digital images. Our inspector then sends all details to our data office. If needed our inspector will contact your office with confirmation of completion.
    • c. Our data processing office reviews all details to ensure that there are no over sites. When all categories have been address the order is processed and posted on our website.
  3. Your Report including digital images becomes available to you via our website. You will receive a email with a link to view your inspections.
